INTERVIEW WITH JANE PALMER!! ( Stanley palmers mum)

The daily palmer
Written by Eve Harding

What does it feel like having a child with
Down Syndrome?
I would just like to say that I love Stan and
He is very lucky and it is a lot more worrying
Than having a normal child.
It’s lots of fun and it is interesting.
What do you find most annoying?
That he always wants to be picked up and if
He doesn’t he sits down on dry or wet floor.
What do you find most interesting?
That he loves us and can nearly talk a few
words and he loves kisses and cuddles.
How does Stan react around other people?
He adores men and his family.
What do you hope will happen in the future
To Stan?
That he will be able to talk and other people
will be able to understand what he is saying,
and he will make lots of friends, be part of
activities and clubs, be able to read and write
and be happy.
